We prioritize getting your project on our schedule as soon as you approve the quote. While our typical lead time is approximately 15 days’ notice before we begin, most standard residential or commercial projects are completed within one month from the initial booking.
We will always provide you with a specific start date and a projected timeline once the scope of work is finalized.

Our standard quotations include two full coats of premium paint, along with a final quality inspection, professional floor covering, and all necessary prep work. In most cases, two coats provide a flawless finish.
However, for certain repaint jobs—especially when transitioning from a very dark to a light color—additional coats (3 or 4) may be required to ensure perfect coverage. If extra coats are necessary, we will discuss any additional costs with you upfront.

We primarily use high-quality Cloverdale Paint for its durability and excellent finish in our local climate. However, we are happy to accommodate your preferences; if you have a specific brand or product line in mind, we can certainly use that for your project to ensure you get the exact look and performance you desire.

Protecting your property is our top priority. For interior jobs, we use heavy-duty drop cloths for floors and plastic sheeting for furniture. For exterior projects, we mask off windows and cover your landscaping/shrubbery.
We aim to leave your home cleaner than we found it, with a full site cleanup included in every quote.

 In Regina, the ideal window for exterior painting is from late May to early September.
We monitor local humidity and temperature swings closely; we only apply paint when the temperature is consistently above 10°C (50°F) to ensure the coating cures properly and can withstand our harsh Saskatchewan winters.
